Christopher Mohr PhD, RD

 

Dr. Chris Mohr, PhD, RD, is the co-founder of Mohr Results, Inc a company that helps individuals from soccer moms to collegiate and professional athletes achieve optimal health and well being through education, nutrition, and behavior change.

Dr. Mohr is also a health nutrition consultant to a number of media outlets and corporations including Discovery Health Channel, Clif Bar, Waterfront Media, and Fit Fuel. He has authored and co-authored several textbooks and textbook chapters, including consulting with LL Cool J on "LL Cool J's Platinum Workout" (Rodale Press, 2006). He has written over 500 articles for major magazines such as Men's Health, Weight Watchers, Men's Fitness, and Fitness. Mohr can be heard weekly on WHAS-AM radio in Louisville, KY and often appears on WHAS-TV (ABC) as a nutrition expert.

Dr. Mohr has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and the University of Massachusetts, respectively. He received his PhD in exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh, and is a registered dietitian and board certified specialist in sports dietetics. Dr. Mohr lives in Louisville, KY.


 

Jayson Hunter RD, CSCS

 

 

Jayson Hunter RD, CSCS is the Director of Online Training for Sportspecific.com as well as the Director of Fitnessgenerator.com. He previously was the Director of Operations for a multi-facility fitness company for 6 years. Jayson has over 10 years of extensive business and management experience in the fitness industry along with training thousands of individuals during this tenure.

His nutritional programs have helped hundreds of clients successfully lose weight and create permanent lifestyle changes. Jayson’s method of eating and nutritional programming gets results with every type of client regardless of their body type. The keys to successful weight loss is knowing the individual and providing the necessary tools to be successful. Society’s obesity problem isn’t necessarily a result of bad genetics, but rather a result of bad choices and decisions.

Not only does Jayson have an extensive background in weight management, he also has experience in sports nutrition and supplementation. Jayson has counseled hundreds of individuals ranging from professional athletes all the way down to the obese children that seem to be an ever growing problem in America. He has published articles on various topics and has consulted with companies, teams as well as writers for various articles. Knowing the importance of physiology as it relates to nutrition Jayson’s specialty is working with individuals and getting their nutrition plan as well as their exercise plan set up so that they not only have an effective individualized plan to meet their goals, but they have a mindset that will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
